Bob grew up in East Africa and England, until his family moved to Canada where he was based for several decades. He brings decades of knowledge and experience in construction, mining exploration and project management to Costa Rica’s Pacifica Sur.

In his career, Bob has tackled some of the world’s most demanding environments, from managing operations in remote northern Canada to coordinating projects across Northern Africa and the Middle East. He developed expertise in complex site logistics, heavy equipment operations, and construction. His broad skill set also includes fine carpentry and landscape construction.

Julie was raised in Canada and worked in corporate communications, government and industry relations, and environmental advocacy. This is the basis for her pragmatic approach to business. She brings her skills in project planning to ensure smooth coordination; she is the first point of contact and supports client relations, project administration and supplier management.

Having owned property in the region for nearly 20 years, Julie combines professional project management with her practical knowledge of local culture and communities. She also consults as a writer and strategist in Content, Public Relations & Marketing. She is a native English speaker with budding Spanish skills that improve every year.
